Private Personal Training Session
This is a fifty-five minute one on one customized session uses various fitness equipment including weights, barbell, body bar, thera-band, gymstick, stability ball, bosu, incline mats, trampoline, step platform, jump rope and others to strengthen the muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance, improve balance and flexibility.
Semi-Private Personal Training Session
This is a shared (2 person) intensive session uses various fitness equipment including weights, barbell, thera-band, gymstick, stability ball, bosu, incline mats, trampoline, step platform, jump rope and others to strengthen the muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance, improve balance and flexibility.
Pre & Postnatal Private Session
Pre & Post Natal Private Session is a unique system that combines the principals of Pilates and yoga to serve the expectant mother’s body and mind. This program will help to relieve lower back strain, fatigue and constipation. It also helps to prevent varicose veins, incontinence and leg swelling. The system maintains your strength and flexibility, builds stamina for the birthing process, increases blood circulation and oxygen to your baby and is gentle enough to continue right up to your due date. Post-Partum women will recover abdominal strength and toning while relieving upper body tension from carrying the baby to quickly regain strength and energy. Feel free to bring your baby to the session as long as they’re not walking or too mobile!
