No matter your age, level of fitness or experience, we have a range of classes to suit everyone!
All classes are 55 minutes.
InterFit Reformer | INTRO
Entry level one-on-one sessions. Our Intro Private sessions are designed for the beginner to become familiar and learn the foundation of Pilates. With a high level of focus on alignment and posture, these sessions are educational targeting clients who are new to reformer, tower and chair Pilates, and Gyrotonic.
*Suitable for recovering injuries and pre/ post natal clients.
InterFit Reformer | ALIGN
All Levels
Entry level class. Our Align class is designed for the beginner, who has done reformer Pilates before, and/or completed our Intro Privates Program. With a high level of focus on alignment and posture, these classes are educational targeting clients who are new to reformer Pilates or who want to take it at a slower pace. Options to progress and modify are given throughout the class.

InterFit Reformer | DYNAMIC
Intermediate/Advanced Level
This class will challenge the more experienced clients. An intense full body resistance workout focusing on advanced exercises with fast-paced, continuous and flowing movements. InterFit Dynamic Flow will challenge your strength, endurance and fitness levels. Prepare to sweat, shake and burn!

InterFit Reformer | JUMP
Intermediate Level/Advanced Level
Jump classes require a strong cardio element. It is a fun, yet challenging class using Reformer Jump Boards to build cardio strength and endurance. If you want to get your heart rate up, work those legs to fatigue and get a full body endurance workout, this class is for you!

InterFit Reformer | STRETCH
All Levels
Stretch is a low intensity level class using both Mat and Reformer exercises. It designed around bringing your heart rate down and brings a little more zen to your day. We focus on lengthening your muscles which will increase flexibility and strength whilst helping to reduce risk of injury.

InterFit Reformer | TEENS
All Levels
Pilates for teens is a full body workout, designed for the teenage girls and boys to become familiar and learn the foundation of Pilates. This class will help teens get fit and improve their athletic skills, develop great posture, muscle strength, flexibility, body awareness and self confidence for a life time.
*Suitable for 12-18 y.o. boys and girls
InterFit Tower Flow
All Levels
Our Tower/ Flow class is designed for the beginner/intermediate clients, who have done Tower Pilates before, and/or completed our Intro Privates Program. A full-body resistance workout with a high level of focus on alignment and posture, continuous and flowing movements. Options to progress and modify are given throughout the class.

InterFit Tower Power
Intermediate/Advanced Level
