The Studio
Larina Goncharova founded her gorgeous studio in White Rock, British Columbia in 2010 with the concept that Pilates, Personal Training and Yoga could be combined to create customized work out programs for each client according to their individual mind/body goals.
The studio is equipped with all of the latest equipment including Reformers with jump boards, Cadillacs, Spine Correctors, Foam Rollers, Pilates Circles and more.

Offerings include private, semi-private sessions and small group classes, body composition assessment, customized weight management and nutrition programs.
The studio has the variety of equipment like incline and decline weight benches, dumbbells, barbell, medicine balls, gymsticks, trampoline, bosu, step platforms, stability balls, rotator discs, thera-bands, gymnastic ladder a lot more.
