Private Pilates Session

This is a fifty-five minute one on one intensive session uses various Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Spine Corrector, and others to restore the body to its natural alignment while adding strength and length to the muscles.

Semi-Private Pilates Session

This is a shared (2 person) fifty-five minute intensive session uses various Pilates equipment including the Reformer Cadillac, Spine Corrector and others to restore the body to its natural alignment while adding strength and length to the muscles.

Reformer Class

The Group Reformer class is a full fifty-five minute body workout that uses traditional Pilates Reformer routines emphasizing form and proper body alignment. Using springs as resistance, Reformer classes increase core muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and range of motion in the joints. The small class size allows each student to get plenty of individual attention.

Tower Of Power Class

The Group Cadillac class is a full fifty-five minute body workout that uses traditional Pilates Cadillac (Tower) routines emphasizing form and proper body alignment. Using springs as resistance, Cadillac classes increase core muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and range of motion in the joints. The small class size allows each student to get plenty of individual attention.

Integrated Apparatus Class

Cardio Reformer Class

The Group Cardio Reformer class is a full fifty-five minute body workout that uses traditional and innovative Pilates Jump Board routines emphasizing biomechanically accurate standing position while lying on the Reformer and allows you to jump. Using springs as resistance, Cardio Reformer Class increase core muscle strength, endurance and raises your heart rate. The small class size allows each student to get plenty of individual attention.
